Stealthy, subtle, quiet and discrete. Not.

If you like the golden eggs, you’d better feed the goose. These two are a joy to watch.

Can’t help thinking that the MCU could have a lot of fun if they had Putty Puss on their team for a while, under close supervision of course.

I see the broadcast guy knew how this would go. His hand was already over the profanity-block control in frame 1(yes that is a real thing in TV).

Blaze seems to be consistently gaining more of a conscience. Certainly she’s a much richer character than many of them. I hope we don’t lose her too soon.

It doesn’t have to actually be “very graphic”, that could be just a hook statement to get the audience to look up and pay attention to the screen rather than their lunch plate.
The network will have all sorts of ways to show something like this. They received it anonymously, it shows a public servant in a compromising situation, and the public have a right to know.
In fact, if she’s smart, NOTTA could sue the network herself for violating her privacy since she is a private citizen, assuming she covered her tracks well enough.
As for dating the video, that could be tricky. All the metadata could have been stripped from the file, and I’ll bet it was shot indoors without any handy clues like newspapers or TVs in view.
But I bet it won’t take long before someone makes the connection with the recent prison release.

That’s a really nice little drawing of Liz in the last panel.

First rule of holding a captive at gunpoint – stay well out of reach. Duh!

Looking at today’s strip, do I detect a set-up for Tracy taking Byrd’s place for a bit of undercover work?

I suspect they are using this story to cameo a lot of 30s, 40s and 50s characters. The story seems to be set no later than mid-fifties looking at the clothes, speech patterns and vehicles. Granted the DT timeline era is never quite what you would expect at any point, but I would be rather surprised if any of the 60s+ material such as the Moon characters feature at all. Still, we’ll see. Personally, I think this will wrap up quite quickly as there is very little story beyond what is needed to bring these cameos together.
