    Why are you deflecting the subject? The President can choose not to use the laws or call for the repeal. The problem is that he is using them in ways that people don’t want him to. If you want the laws repealed, call your congress(wo)man.

    The mail difference between Romneycare and Obamacare is that Romneycare was at the state level, as all forms of government healthcare. I feel that Obamacare is unconstitutional because providing health care to citizens is the state’s job under the 10th amendment.

    Abraham Lincoln was pointing out options, not advocating the overthrow of the government. The overthrow part comes from the Declaration of Independence and the amend part comes from the constitution.

    I believe Abraham Lincoln once said if thy are dissatisfied with the government, they could amend it or overthrow it. So if you can’t amend it how are you going to overthrow it? That is where guns come in, they are not for hunting or self-defense as politicians have made them out to be. The main reason of the 2nd amendment was to make sure the government didn’t become tyrannical, or in effect, a fourth check and balance on the government.
