    An apple core.

I prefer both electronic and hard copy. It depends on use, and what my preferences are at the time. Having two versions of The Bible, a six volume Bible commentary, my science fiction and music all on my Kindle Fire is just plain convenient when I go somewhere which will cause me to wait a long time.

A well kept and maintained outhouse need not be a nightmare. http://www.cottagetips.com/tips/cottage-outhouse-tips/

Black Friday is sheer madness, I refuse to participate. Today my lady is manning a Salvation Army kettle in front of Walmart, and I am making important calls. I may even sneak in some Guild Wars 2 time.

Nothing wrong with a Salvation Army Thanksgiving dinner. We had ours last night and we served somewhere between 500-600 meals between eating in and take outs. I served until we had to take red kettles in then left for the main office to help there. Someone was nice enough to bring me a to go box to eat while I worked at bringing kettles in. Turkey, ’taters, green beans, stuffing, gravy all the goodies, very thankful. And tomorrow we will go out to eat with the Corps officers (Pastors).

I am currently searching for a decent coffee to brew at home. Most coffee out is marginal, Mickey D’s is fair if fresh, which I find rarely. The problem is my better half buys my coffee and it is hit or miss. And with my grinder going south a good inexpensive brew is problematic. Half the time I drink decaf which further complicates the issue.

A lot of us non combat vets feel like it was no big deal because we just did the little stuff. I joined the army during ’Nam and got sent to Alaska. My better half set me straight yesterday. Even non-combat vets signed a blank check and gave their time supporting their brothers in arms and their country. It all counts. Thanks to my lady for her support of me when I get depressed, “because I did nothing”.

Yes this was one of the early Sherpa ones that absolutely sold me on Mythtickle.

Let’s see who would throw the Hello Kitty cup? Carolyn wouldn’t be too offended being fairly young and ignore him, Rita would just promote (?) him to something lower than whale dung, or worse yet sales, Dana would turn him into a sack of potatoes. Medusa would turn him to stone. Mrs Jenson would call her cousin to work him over. Kathy would mess up his computer with wallpaper of Jane he couldn’t get rid of.. So that leaves either Sue or CJ. I vote for Sue.
