There are some strips that linger on and on and on, well past their ‘best by’ date – while others, like Barkeater Lake, are gone far too soon. Thank God for reruns!

Dana White after the bilge he spouted when Georges St. Pierre decided, with good reason, to take a break. The has no class and no style. Sure he changed his his tune later – but he never actually apologized.

I love how Corey can be simultaneously hilarious and incredibly poignant.

Oh, how I wish he had been able to make enough money to still be doing new strips!

    The cat came back
    He just wouldn’t stay awa-a-a-a-ay!

I’m going to miss the gang at Elder Park, but this is the best way to end the strip, Corey.

I hope you’ve got something else coming up [new Barkeater stuff, maybe?].

    Cheers, man!

    You done good!

Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder for the threepeat - for suing a sportwriter for telling the truth about his egocentric incompetence [in great detail and with great sarcasm - apparently Snyder has no sense of humour].
