Incomplete. Needs section for is the name really popular that year, and especially popular because of a tv show/movie/book. Send them to 1.

Of course, when I was a kid I had the opposite problem. I have a name very similar to the one that was much more popular for my generation, so people who didn’t know me were continually calling me by the popular name rather than my non-popular, but no less normal name. They did that even if they had my name spelled out in front of them or said in their hearing.

In fact, people STILL do this to me. My name is Christina, thank you for much, not Christine.

No, of course not. There’s different levels of deficiency. Your levels are probably no where near as low to cause behavioral disturbances.

Oh for Pete’s sake. I decided not to comment on this current thread of strips because there was no point, but this is utter BS. There is NO link between meat eating and aggression. There is, however, a link between vitamin B12 deficiency, and nutritional deficiencies in general, with aggression and behavioral changes.

Meat and other animal products are not inherently bad for humans, processed additive laden animal products from unhealthy animals certainly are. Just as a variety of vegetable foods can be made bad by refining. This man, if he were real, had a heart attack mostly likely from over consumption of white flour, sugar, vegetable oils from frying and baked goods and just too many calories in general. He’s feeling better because he’s no longer eating crap, not specifically refraining from eating meat. His diet has changed too much to be able to point a finger specifically at meat as the soul culprit of his ill health. Objectively you can’t make that claim. We can assume he’s also not chugging down sodas, french fries or cookies.

We eat as much butter now as we did before obesity rates started to rapidly increase and beef consumption went down. Vegetable oils have gone up, poultry has doubled since the 70’s (and increased over %200 since the 50’s), sweeteners have risen especially from corn and grains have gone up almost by half, but butter and red meat are still “bad” somehow.

Americans certainly eat much more meat than we need to, especially processed meats, but we also eat too much of EVERYTHING. And to lay blame on meat eating alone, in and of itself without being qualified by quality or quantity, is ignorant or purposefully ignoring all the other stuff we shove too often into our mouths.

Actually, that idea is up for debate and is not necessarily true, and the evidence for it slim. The Christianization of Yule for the harder to convert northern Europeans is very obvious.

There are digital photo frames already. I’m hoping it will become easier in the future to display them apart from phones and computer monitors, but either way it will be dependent on energy and that sucks.

She was answering his question. She “of course” sings the Rudolph song.

No, artery blockages usually happen due to damage to the arty wall, which has many causes. Lipids in your blood don’t just magically clog things up.

I’d like to know why what I get in my email is different from what’s displayed here.

A friend of mine in Connecticut had milk delivered to her family weekly. They had a long driveway up a hill over a stream, so there was an insulated box at the bottom for milk. I don’t know if the business is still around, but I’ve no reason to assume not.
