    It reminds me of my daughter’s stories of visiting very rural Guatemala years ago. Everything from milk to gasoline came in a plastic bag.

    Folks in my family in No. Calif. added the 3rd aid kit (shovel, axe & blanket) and 4th aid kit (can of beans & can of bread) and in the good old days a collapsible cup for drinking out of a spring.

    The sphygmomanometer should be pumped up while listening for pulse at the elbow and stopping when the pulse stops, then slowly releasing it. Many providers don’t take the time to listen when pumping and they pump it too high.
