Who the crap cares what his point is? He’s an employee of the NFL and is making a political statement that many of the fans find offensive. At the same time, the Cowboys were denied the request to wear blue in support of the police killed. It’s good to see the NFL ratings tanking. People don’t want politics in their sports, they want to see the games. Not a good idea to tick of 50+% of your customers.

Apparently he doesn’t have an Android on Verizon. Our son’s phone is continually going over the plan — yes, he uses data, but the silly phone does so many “updates” that he is 75% expended within the first week. Even after upping his data plan.

Wow, I can’t believe Ben has been around 20 years. I’ve been reading it since it came out.

    /Yeah, I’m old

You said a mouthful there. Yep, I used to like flying, now it is just what you have to do to get from one point to another to which you can’t take the time to drive. Between telecoms and video telecons I try to substitute as much as possible for travel, but sometimes you just have to sit down face to face.

When this first came out, our son related a story from the Pokemon Go game blog where a couple players said they were out in a park late at night playing the game when a patrol car rolled up and the cop asked them what they were doing. They told him there was a rhyhorn (sp?) nearby. He looked at them and went to his patrol car and got out his personal cell phone. Yep — that’s the way to connect with the community you are patrolling.

Seriously? That got pulled? What a sad, humorless world we have become.
