Have we lost Yenny? It’s been so long since we’ve seen a new strip. Is there a way to tell us?

Glad Izzy escaped the choppy haircut. I love her long hair.

A comment on "Tracy’s Hall of Fame. Petrosino’s life was made into three movies Sidney M. Goldin’s The Adventures of Lieutenant Petrosino (1912); Pay or Die (1960), starring Ernest Borgnine; and The Black Hand (1973), starring Lionel Stander.

What happened to Yenny? Are we ever going to see new strips or has she bailed? We care.

    Dear Donnie,

It’s hard for me to believe a person who runs a general store wouldn’t know the difference between a brazier and a brassiere. Both carry hot stuff but…well, there is a difference.

    Dear Jim,

Yes, I’m one and the same. JOE STATON, who did the artwork for E-Man and Dick Tracy is an old, dear friend and collaborator. I can’t resist a comment here and there about his strip. Like for example, is the BYRD character in his strip based on the actor RALPH BYRD who did play a fictional detective in a TV series. I wish I could recall the name of the detective. Ah, well.

    Best,

    Nick

The fellow with the pipe and goatee looks an awful lot like the late, great comic book artist.illustrator GRAY MORROW. Was that intended as a tribute. If so, a big thumbs up.
