    This was a good strip to-day !!!!!!!!!I laughed at it !!! I don’t suppose anyone here ever read the late Joseph Mitchell’s non-fiction novl , JOE GOULD’S SECRET ? Something here made me think of it !!!
    You know , the line of canned Dinty Moore’s Beef Stew , still sold to this day , took its name from the Dinty Moore Jiggs was always sneaking off to – Perhaps the oldest comics-based merchandised product still alive to-day ??? Of course , there’s Buster Brown shoes…

    Actually , the lowest standard-style comic book is now $2.99 and here , in coastal/Northern California , a standard-priced movie is more like $10.50-$11.50 !!!!!!!!!:—

    …I wonder how this looked in the original b&w…I wish that GoComics would let us see the B&W , original , (not " tthe colorized version with t/color blanked/bleached out ") , as well…:-(…Anybody else feel this way ? Probably not :-(.
