    It should be a simple task to redraw congressional districts by computer program using only census data and an algorithm which seeks a minimum perimeter, and equal population. No other data need be included.

    Whether or not Global warming does exist what proof is there that CO2 is the cause. After-all CO2 does promote plant growth and this would remove the CO2 from the atmosphere.

    The best translation was Where previously it was conscience, ibid. , пизда has grown. where the untranslated word is a vulgar reference to female genitalia kinda like sissy I think.

    Using different online translation I gather that "Где раньше была совесть, там пизда выросла.’ would translate to something like Where there was conscience, there is now covetous Or perhaps cowardliness ((I keep finding slang terms for female genitalia, with a presumption that the author is saying something like they are pussys)

    Perhaps a discussion and some mutual agreement on how to deal with this mutual ‘problem’ might lead to further agreements. But are politicians on ether side that smart? OH Hell NO.
