Truly an apt fable for the age of Trump. When was this story written?

So, the Navy should have shot the planes down, then? Started WWIII? I’ll bet you would be first in line to volunteer. Right, Jeff? Jeff?

Lame attempts at sarcasm aside, having an American presidential candidate invited to met the Pope is a remarkable occurrence. conservatives especially would give their first born to see their guys (or gal) so honored.

This cartoon epitomizes ignorance. The “Iran Deal” does not involve any payments to Iran, contrary to right wing propaganda. It does involve freeing some Iranian assets that were in the US, so there are no new deposits to be made.

So much ignorance on display in the comments here. Two things stand out. No Marines were involved in the train incident. Military installation have long strictly restricted possession and use of arms and live ammunition to military purposes only, not only since the Clinton era. Ah, we do love our myths, don’t we?
