The bars are set in a crude form of cement, but Tarzan breaks the bars instead?

Wouldn’t it be better for Specs if he took the offenSIVE?

Should be the Konami Code, UUDDLRLRBA.

Actually, an Imperial (British) quart is bigger than a litre, so it would be reasonable to answer “it depends”.

Actually, in France, they call notes and chords by these names: do ©, ré (D), mi (E), fa (F), sol (G), la (A), and si (B). Sharps are "dièse, flats are bémol. If a French source uses letter names, it generally uses B and not H.

It may well be quite old. Helicopters like this are easy to find – almost all coaxial twin-rotor helicopters come from the Soviet/Russian Kamov design bureau, and this is no exception. It looks like some version of the Ka-27 family, maybe that, maybe the older Ka-20. If it’s a Ka-27, it could easily have been 20 years old at the time the strip was drawn, but it’s more likely a Ka-25 (produced until 1977) or a Ka-20 variant (early 1960s).

They have small lockers. When I was in high school we had full-height lockers, in a 4-year HS with over 2000 students. Just about every scrap of hallway wall that wasn’t stairwell, window, or door was covered with lockers.

Doesn’t seem in character, but it does look like him. Should be interesting.
