    My daughter is JUST like Alex; loves the water, no matter the temperature! I happily go along and sit in the sun while she swims… Until about June when it’s hot enough to get in myself. :)
    Granted… We live in the south, so it’s never 50* when the pool opens!!!

    The dialogue in the fist panel almost sounds like part of a poem or a song lyric bcs of the rhyming of s"elf- esteem" and “can’t be seen”
    … Anyone?

    As a parent, this is much needed reminder of how it’s the moments you spend with your kids that matter the most- not the things you take them to do, or the things you buy them. And sharing creativity is a quality that will forever come in handy!!

    Good one! I immediately thought “writers block”- you go out to clear your head, get some fresh ideas and as soon as you get back, they’re gone. But I like yours… I think everyone can relate to that!
