I haven’t heard of not eating some things because they’re not alive. Perhaps having to do with intelligence, not life. Most of the issues boil down to abuse and health and has nothing to do with living, or intelligence. I’ve never heard of a stalk of corn being abused (GMO aside, which is another issue). Chickens, on the other hand, wind up in the news because of it. Eating a pig is the same as eating a dog. Actually, pigs are more intelligent. People acutally eat dolphins, too, though it’s not as wide spread as it was.

Baffles don’t work so well where I live. They just jump from nearby objects. I’ve seen squirrels walk across a clothes line, then jump on top of a feeder. If there’s ANYTHING nearby that’s higher, they use it. And there’s little open space here.

I’ve seen people translate LOL as lots of laughs. It’s only recent that I’ve seen this, so I guess it’s just people trying to be different.

@Recon It’s spelled correctly in Esperanto. Also, when it got used in the Terminator movies, it sorta became a thing to say. You can’t stop culture. At this point, it’s been said for decades. Welcome back to Earth.

I find it interesting that Pigs are the smartest of domesticated animals (smarter than dogs), but Pig is a moron here.

There are people that refuse to go to war today, because of the bible teaching non violence. I’m really surprised you haven’t heard of them.

I shoveled snow waist deep this winter. Now if he had draw it neck deep, I would have sympathy.

They’ll probably eat most of that up in fuel. And that’s accounting for the lower fuel costs back then.

There’s plenty of abuse of power in the capitalist US without needing to condemn communists. We have a surprising lack of freedoms these days and they keep disappearing.

Unfortunately, I saw that coming in panel 2. It was too obvious. No one talks about chevys any more.
