A “two-way” mirror is called a window. A one-way mirror is a mirror on one side.

I looked it up because I rarely get these terms right. According to Wikipedia, “A one-way mirror, also known as a two-way mirror, one-way glass, or two-way glass is a mirror that is partially reflective and partially transparent.” In other words, “whatever.”

I looked at it on the Seattle PI’s site but it’s not as large as yours. And there are no comments over there. Thanks very much for your efforts.

Thank you so much for your eloquence. I worked with someone in Sacramento who was interned as a child of 2 or 3 years of age. There are no words . . .

Sam’s on the case now and we’ve seen that he’s Jewish. Will the authors give him a day or two off for Rosh Hashanah and another day off for Yom Kippur?

What a beautiful tribute in today’s Hall of Fame to the first responders (police, fire, etc) who died trying to save others in the World Trade Center. Thanks for remembering.
