The percentage of cheaters is so low implementing “safeguards” is a waste of time and money. If anything needs to be audited it’s the payments to millionaire corporate farmers who are ripping off the taxpayers.

I’ve been away for 10 years or so, but still have a home in the Valley. I miss many things about AZ. Number one is Steve Benson. How lucky we are to have this GoComics service.

The U.S. overthrew a democratically elected Iranian leader and installed a military dictatorship in the form of the Shah. We funded the Iraq invasion of Iran, which cost the lives of approximately two million young soldiers. Every major and even minor state on earth has nuclear weapons. We have given Israel a massive nuclear arsenal. Think about that and then check some history. In over 1000 years Iran has not taken aggressive action against, nor invaded another country. Iran does not have access to as much oil as its close neighbors. Consequently Iran needs the cheap source of energy that nuclear power can provide. They are surrounded by nations bristling with nuclear weapons. Don’t let the people who own and control the media, the military industrial complex and have bought both houses of Congress and the Supreme Court fool you into believing that they know what is best for you and the world. They only think of profiting at the expense of everyone else. They are the very wealthy few. The 1%. Don’t believe a word THEY (Wall Street and the wealthy) tell you. Believe what you see.

Actually the artist was drawing from a photograph. Had he waited a second, before taking the picture, that caterpillar turned into an incredibly beautiful butterfly and the dude was out of film.

Actually just the reverse is true. Wall Street swings its signs in broad swaths destroying families, jobs, a nations welfare and profiting in the process. “Wall Street” is made up of a microcosm of the population yet they are responsible for our two longest wars, the deaths of thousands of young Americans, millions of civilians dead and displaced. “Wall Street” is the stinking government. Any politician who does not support the demonstrators, does not deserve to hold public office.

Chan Lowe is everything an editorial cartoonist should be – original, entertaining and intelligent.

No balls. Wrong man. People can say whatever they want about Fidel Castro, but no one can say he doesn’t have balls.

It’s doubly frustrating when an editorial cartoonist, with talent, is forced by his bosses to paint a picture of Pres. Obama that is blatantly false. Obama has taken very few of these brief vacations. He was accomplished much more, legislatively, than Bush & Co and has done so while all elected Republican Representatives have devoted all their time to doing nothing but blocking Obama’s nominations and legislation. Keep it up McCoy and keep it up Republikcans. 2012 will be end of the Republican Party and their T-Party dupes.
