    For fun I went to my US Congressman’s Town Hall meeting (Hey I live in Texas) the folks there do really hate Obama just because he is well not one of them…

    Ah, the good olden days when mastery of fire allowed the hunter-gatherers to roam Earth freely encumbered by organized religions and holy (not) scriptures.

    In America, the Bible makes the best-selling list year after year and Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormonism, Christian Science, Baptists are a religion. Sigh!

    Lalo, what about the movie? Do I have to write you a script as well? Hm, let’s see. The Taco guy is related to the last high priest of Quetzalcoatl in Tenochtitlan. He can spice his tacos with peyote and other hallucinogens. Cuco Rocha is related to Montezuma, the last Emperor of Mexico. Lopez is related to Hernan Cortes, the Spanish conquistador and Vero is related to Dona Marina (La Malinche). Thanks to the Taco guy they all can travel back and forth in time. The Future I leave up to you but in the Past there is: The Golden Age of Mexican film (Dolores del Rio, Pedro Infante, Cantinflas, Katy Jurado, etc..). The boozing Hollywood elite in Tijuana and the Plaza de Toros. Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. The Mexican Revolution with Pancho Villa and Emiliano Zapata. Staying clear of Texas there is Pio Pico and Zorro in California. Antonio de Padua MarĂa Severino Lopez de Santa Anna y Perez de Lebron is good for a laugh or two. And then the pre-Columbian Mexico….

    @indiethink, elementary my dear: a Latino impersonating a non-Latino impersonating a Latino.

    Lalo, you are wasting your time here. With your talent, I think that “LA CUCARACHA, THE MOVIE!” is still the best. With an all-Latino cast and a Miss Venezuela as Vero and a reprise a la Cheech and Chong you could laugh all your way to the bank and leave your detractors to their sorry state.
