    No less than the Washington Post (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-checker/wp/2014/10/15/the-absurd-claim-that-only-republicans-are-to-blame-for-cuts-to-ebola-research/) has shown that the WH proposed cuts to the CDC budget, which the GOP Congress chose to ignore – they actually boosted funding. DCCC ads are a poor source of information on Congressional funding decisions.
