Blew me away that some of the initial responses did not figure out the basic math to obtain the average *83%" on the remaining 90% of the tests.

My big question is how many of you had to use a calculator to figure it out?

Classic pun. I remember programming in Fortran on punch cards in High school and early engineering school .

Never heard of Bob Ross till now.
Thanks “Jason” for educating me more on American History.
Now, if only Americans would be willing to learn about Canadian History. I say this cause all Canadian youth were “force-fed” American history along with Canadian History during their schooling.

Doesn’t anyone realize that by the count of years that Garfield is about 30 years of age … highly unlikely for a cat, especially one so “rotund” as Garfield.
Now as much as I enjoy the strip, it would be nice to see Jon age – with Liz – as well as Garfield and Odie at some point.

School-kid prepared “fast food” can be dangerous.
My youngest step-son used to work at a local Dairy Queen and told stories after he was an adult (and school teacher).

I like Star Trek shows and movies – some more than others – but Roddenberry was an “a$$”. Just ask most true Sci-Fi writers of the era. Plus, Majel Roddenberry – remember nurse Chappel and Counsellor Troy’s mother – lucked out in marrying Gene Roddenberry; won’t say how ….

I find this same problem when I shop. That is why I never shop when I am hungry.
p.s. @ neverenoughgold; if John Smith meant Butter “Ripple”, then yes. I am able to find both mickey and 750 ml bottles here in Alberta and BC. Yummy ! Friends and I love it around the campfire on any night.

There are so many movies that men love over women; in fact, Seth McFarlane’s TED is a good example. Just hilarious to most guys I know, but most women find it droll.

@ Vice Admiral Allan; that pie is a work of art. Awesome.
So, how long before the local “Garfield(s)” ate the pie; while still warm with vanilla ice cream, I hope.

TV destroys the brain …; of course, I’m kidding.
    Everything in moderation, right?
NOTE: haven’t been in to comment on any strips in over a few years, but I’m back …. the one & only Comic-Nut.
