    how true.
    Watched our new legal department turn a 3-page contract, including SOW, into a 16-pages MSA, plus a 5 page SOW — and watched contract negotiations at least quadruple in length… and lost some potential clients and contract renewals due to it.

    And some c-levels couldn’t understand why the customers were complaining.
