When I first started work on this comic in 98’, it was just a gag comic. Lucan was one of the main characters as a dishwasher then eventually a cook at a Truckstop. His personality back then was very grumpy, then immature to sarcastic. Over time I added Jose to help take the comic out of its just current restaurant state, and eventually the gag comic turned into a novel by combining it with a short story I wrote in High School. While Lucan made a familar change..from gag character to one of the most serious characters in the novel. His personality will unfold more in the second half.

But I dont want to call the novel Jose..the name sounds to plain? Maybe I should rethink a title that sums up the story?
