Poor Fish. Getting crowded in there. The ghosts all seem to be individuals.

I think that’s the way my dogs feel when I get into chats with neighbors on their walks.

Jumbo K. is now a trophy babe, but in a week or two she will be sagging and wrinkled, and eventually flat, tossed away. Life is tough for the kibble bags relying on their looks.

“Fetching” is a funny adjective for a bag of kibble. And “creature”? If I remember basic psych, this is called displacement. Poncho’s love interest is now food.

Of course Poncho ruined every other dog there for obedience – see the dog-walker arc, where 4 dogs found themselves in other lives within hours of contact with Ponch. I will try to find that strip in the morning. He gives dogs freedom to think for themselves, yet he stays here, mooching.

Maybe Carmen is on TV news. Those are the only women wearing long sleeves that I see in the summer. I hear it is because they keep the studios cool because of the men in suits. Guys, take off your wool jackets!

By the way, I should have said “southpaw.”
