Long way to the store… or Petsmart in this case.

Th e Local Savannah paper is referred to as “The Fish Wrapper”. Go comics let me stop buying the paper just for the comics, which I did for years. (Doonesbury is on the Editorial page for Pete’s sake.)

Now I buy it only when I have to light the grill…

I agree with you FlaviaR. I’ve been saying that for months but, in their hearts, so have many Republicans. He is Their Spoiler but Bernie is going to spoil it for Hillary. When they finally remove Trumpity-trump-trump and somehow the Supreme court does a flash back to 2000 and Jeb is anointed, the joke will be on all of us.

Just finished this book and it wasn’t what I expected either. Wow! The more things change the more we still don’t. How long before Citizen’s Councils pop back up in SC or AZ or anywhere for that matter?

All this talk of obscurity… really F.U.Q.s with my head. I am most gratified when i don’t “get” this strip because I sometimes worry about it when I do get it. “Candygram”

Oh Ken, I think that ’s the point. Have you never had a tune stuck in your head? Like a bad habit, the only way to get rid of it is to replace it with a different habit, or in this case tune, or in this case, no tune. No. 9 is the perfect atonal, anti-thematic, anathema to displace – drive out – the demons that are the Bee Gees. “And, you become naked…”
