    Sounds logical to me. :)

“Looks like they are not fighting or making mean remarks at each other.”
You’re right. I thought this strip was touching and couldn’t possibly illicit mean remarks from any commentators. (Sigh.)

Both garage and house are filled with books. However, now I buy and read books on my Kindle. They take up less room and the font size is adjustable.

“To me, they’re not so creepy”
You’re right, there’s nothing creepy about those leaves.

You said, “You should NEVER use a preposition to end a sentence…”
That old rule of grammar has been obsolete for years, so I hope you were just joking rather than being serious. It’s now perfectly “legal” to end a sentence with a preposition; that is if a preposition is called for. :)

Good idea, except that so many callers block their IDs. My attitude is “If you don’t want me to know who you are before I answer, I don’t answer.”

Re: “Unless you can find them [the Benders] at a Convention they are insulated from us fans.”
Thank goodness, as I’d hate to think they read the cruel comments directed at them by bullies.

Benders, please know many of us like the leaves in Moo. Keep drawing them that way.

“On this comic it seems people read a lot of their own personal lives into things and it’s reflected in the comments…”

Wise observation. Frankly, I don’t see why anyone would reasonably hate either Ellie or John. Their imperfections help us laugh at ourselves.

On the other hand, I suppose directing one’s hate to comic strip characters is preferable to doing so toward real people, and it probably provides an outlet for some.

“…a colonoscopy is not part of a checkup…. You don’t just walk into a doctor’s office and they say “let’s do a colonoscopy”.
No, but during a checkup, the doctor can recommend and schedule a colonoscopy or any number of other tests not performed at that specific time. The things some commenters choose to pick on!
