And I KNOW not to bring up the subject of Tracy hustlin’ Annie! I don’t think Punjab and Asp would think it was very funny, either.
Well Tracy has been officially dating Annie, taking her to the empty balcony seats at the cinema for privacy. And he’s been showing up for late night rendezvous at her bedroom window. What else is there to say?

(Possibly a way to bring Flattop Jones back into the picture?)
Sorry, but I do not want Flattop Jones back. He’s dead and he should remain dead. There’s no reason they can’t think up new and interesting characters who are not already dead.

Well I for one would just love to see Flattop brought back for another story and I make no apology for it.
Flattop is the quintessential Tracy villain to judge all villains by and a classic. I’m sure I’m not alone in my desire to see the flat headed one again.
And as a wise man in the industry once told me, “nobody really dies in the comics”.

I was thinking the same thing. Plus there is a bald guy in the picture, lol.

I think you must be thinking of the triple X or XXX rating that was invented by the porn industry and wasn’t really an official rating.

    _@Neil Wick
The “X” was never officially part of the rating systems.

    .
Actually it was an official rating.
Some of the movies to receive an X rating were
Last Tango In Paris with Marlon Brando
A Clockwork Orange – Malcolm McDowell
Midnight Cowboy with Dustin Hoffman – the only movie with an X rating to win an Oscar for Best Picture.

If this really was 1944, the usher would most likely be female and Lonnie wouldn’t be a civilian but serving in the Army, Navy or Marines along with just about all the other able bodied men.

Now lets see if there are any concerns about the bad guy smoking a ciggy.
Of course if this really was 1944 just about everyone would be smoking, maybe even Ma Silo and Annie.

Great opportunity for Tracy to beat the truth out of Axel, arrest him and get Annie out of there in time for Sam and company to show up for the rescue. We could have this case wrapped up in just a few days.

LOL, yeah the old Billy Joel song is what immediately came to my mind when I read that line about Kinney.
And he served on the KCMO police force, that’s probably why I thought I’ve heard of him before.
