Actually, the accumulated CO2 would be a problem long before the oxygen was depleted.

Ok, I’ll give it a few more days, then I’ll delete this from my GoComics lineup.

As always on the web, different people see different ads. Dana most definitely has no control over it. However, you can pay for a “pro” subscription on GoComics to get rid of them.

Or (cough, cough) use an ad blocker.

Of course I did realize that it had to mean 1890s, but I just realized that “The roaring twenties” is the earliest decade I knew a label for. I never heard about “The gay nineties” before (though I suspect that “gay” had a different meaning then). Did other earlier decades have labels like that? Will “The roaring twenties” be forgotten once we have a new “twenties”?

The whole point is to stop Rikki from getting into the hands of the cops, so Matty is definitely trying to kill her.

Seeing B.D. with his helmet is a little like seeing a picture of the Manhattan Skyline with the twin towers: a reminder that this is from a different time. But it was also something that really made him grow as a character. For the longest time, B.D. was just the strip’s token republican and, yes, third-string quarterback.

You’ve got to hand it to Marigold for trying. :-D

“Seven days” was all she wrote
    A kind of ultimatum note
She gave to me, she gave to me
