    Not sure! It’s a Spanish dish. Bravas can be translated as fierce, which relates to the sauce. Patatas=potatoes

    I use bird’s eye or finger chillis (and I leave the seeds in)…but it doesn’t really matter; it depends how spicy you like your ribs!
