    It’s the principle of discrimination in the law of armed conflict: Make sure you’re only targeting enemy combatants. And the principle of proportionality says make sure collateral damage doesn’t outweigh the military gain from the attack. So JoJo’s wrong on both counts, and Sunny’s right for calling him on it.

    I’ve been running since 1976, 20 to 25 miles per week (sometimes more), almost solely on sidewalk. No knee injuries, no knee pain. I’ve never tried an elliptical, but I sometimes use a treadmill in bad weather. Different strokes for different folks.
