Panel one—-Where did the suitcase suddenly come from? It must have been carried in the “trunk”. LOL

Panel 1—What are you doing? I am the ref, & I am talking to my bookie. This will be over quick & I can get some quick cash, if I just ignore what is going on behind me for a few more minutes.

I warned him last week to Super Glue the blade back on. Who puts a broken knife back in its sheath? Hard to believe that with the weight of the handle & a stub of a blade that it would stay in a sheath anyway.

I think that someone commented in the past that the reason for not more stories is that GoComics does not own the rights to publish them. They have been repeating the same few stories for years now. It would seem that by now they could have come up with some kind of agreement with the copyright owners to publish what must be a vast amount of unpublished material.

Oooh Nooo!!! He just destroyed Tarzans favorite knife—the one he has had for decades! Maybe they can Super Glue it back together.

@Oak Ridge—-I tried a different way & read the article. Bonehead Boehner claimed 6 million. I said 5, & the AP claims about 4.7 million. I was pretty close. Those able to reinsure, I have read, are looking at double premiums & double deductibles. Example—$5,000 premiums & $5,000 deductible ($10,000 total) before collecting the first penny. sounds like a real winner to me, & so affordable! A sister of mine was facing the same thing, but got a subsidized ACA plan that someone else will be making up the difference in what she doesn’t pay. Would that be you or Mr. Ngn33r?

@Mr. Ngn33r—-Your web link goes nowhere. I stand by my figures of 5 million who lost their insurance that they were happy with. More to come when the employer mandate kicks in—which has been conveniently delayed until after the elections. My AARP also says they are stealing money from my Medicare to pay for this fiasco, & prop it up. Other sources say the web site that failed (& at huge cost overruns) was given as a no bid contract to friends of Mrs. Obama instead of our own computer experts in Silicon Valley, at a fraction of the cost. As with every other government cost projection for a program, you can be assured this will also cost hundreds of times more than original estimates.

So far Obamacare is a net loss. It was supposed to cover 40 million uninsured. An estimated 5 million had their policies canceled that didn’t meet the new standards of ACA. Only about the same amount have now signed up for ACA as the deadline approaches at the end of March. About an even wash. The net loss is monetary, as the users, many of whom are subsidized, outweigh the (generally younger) non users who will be footing most of the cost. The cost will be far more than the income from the ones who actually pay.

Is Lena getting hungry again yet? I think she has a captive audience or meal.
