[to call it] “Plutocracy” (government by the wealthy) is more appropriate. …
There are those who go to Congress without a lot of wealth, but then accrue wealth simply by being in CON-gress. But over 237 years, sadly it gets closer and closer to a plutocracy.

Maybe this’ll work or maybe not, adding a link, but here’s the countdown – algore said we had till 2016. Hmm, wonder how we’re looking on that prediction now?
Or just go to his site and scroll down for the clock counting down, it’s been there 8 years now.

You people on the left are embarrassing yourselves. Maybe it’s a waste of time to tell you, but this is dead serious. Do you really think we’re falling for your pretense on this?

None of you that have commented above are even keeping up with current events. Either that or you’re believing your own propaganda.

I agree with the guy in a recliner. I went to school to get a good job, paid for healthcare all along, and now we turn it over to the govt to make it “fair”?! Every little decision we all have to make has to be decided by govt? Foolishness.

It seems that Eagan’s premise is that the guy in the green hat won’t LOOK UP info on candidates that get little press or can afford little campaigning. True, advertising works, but if WE as voters did our homework better, we may just get better representation and better government.
