When we were young, back when Adam was a lad, my brother and I made “goop” but we called it our Secret Recipe. We went into the kitchen one day when mom wasn’t home and mixed together peanut butter and maple syrup and crumbled in a few graham crackers. Maple syrup is and was expensive, thus the reason for the stealth!

Ah, Flake bars in my Mister Softee! Those were the good ol’ days! We lived in England in the late 60s, early 70s and that was one of my favorite treats. Now living in the US, I had to make a friend in England just to get my fix of Flake bars. Hehe. Now if I could just find some Sweet Tobacco and sherbet with licorice, I would be all set! :)

There is never an entire mouse in my cat’s stomach. I know this because I always find feet, tails, and other miscellaneous mouse body parts on the carpet!

I’m in! Where do I sign up? When I was a kid and living in England, they had a magazine for kids that was nothing but comics and I loved it! (Not just a single comic book like in the U.S., an actual magazine with a variety of comics.)
