They’re not talking about corps as a ‘group of people’ here. They’re talking about them as individuals, with individual rights, but none of the responsibilities or the ability to go to jail for crimes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporate_personhood explains it all better than I can.

There’s a time traveling theory I just read about, relatively recently, that states that you can’t change the past. And that if you actually go back and do something, it already happened. So what we have today, REQUIRES you to go back because it already happened! There won’t be any changes because you already did it.

I put my car key somewhere I don’t normally put it. It normally goes one of two places. It’s been more than a month now. I still don’t know where it is, and I’ve moved furniture to look for it.

Last time I was in a water park park was back in the 80s. It’s been a while.

There’s a common theme to most of the phrases that people are taking exception to here. I’m vastly amused by it, too. The people’s exception. Not the phrases. They’re just words, not even meant to offend.

I just wanna know why we all can’t just be people.

Oh, and did they restart the comic because it not has the zoom feature? I kinda like that. My old eyes have a hard time with the tiny print on some strips.

Every woman I’ve dated was paranoid and irrational. So, in my experience, it’s not really a stereotype. It’s normal. My working relationships were very different, but I never really knew them.

    Unfortunately, this IS the punchline.

Futons can be found with a frame, usually wooden, that allows it to be turned into to a couch for day use. I’ve even seen the frame with arms. It’s a western thing because we’re not accustomed to being on the floor, so the frame elevates it for sleeping and day use. I used one for several years and loved it.
