   ^Funny, I understand sarcasm and such but I don’t believe in ANY of the things you listed. In addition, you’re juvenile, snarky-ness shines a bad light on you. All of these “things” listed are what Leftist propagandists SAY the GOP believes in. Propaganda BS.    No, the difference is LEGALITY! That’s why the FBI is involved. And tell me…how is it unethical to take a million dollar donation and giving out 250K in tuition?    Your numbers are skewed to your bias. 25% to 40 or 50 “seats”, please. The truth is BOTH are unethical. Getting into college should be based upon MERIT. But THAT’s never going to happen. The constant claiming of the Lefts occupation of the moral high ground is tiresome. History proves elsewise.

   Mr. Varvel….you got this one TOTALLY wrong. This is not what has happened in this case. Donating money to an institution and that entity showing gratitude is NOT ILLEGAL. It happens ALL the time, as it should. Build a cancer wing for your local hospital and your wife gets cancer, that hospital not charging you for her care is the polite thing to do. It’s called gratitude! It’s good business. Give a million to a college and they let 250K in tuition slide….that’s a win for everyone.

   These people committed fraud on multiple levels.

   Please don’t demonize charitable patronization practices. So much good id accomplished through people giving and sharing. Showing gratitude isn’t wrong, AT ALL.

   One last note. Obama gave his campaign bundlers Govt. loans to show his gratitude…haow about an investigation into THAT! Can we sat Solyndra?
