Debatable how gentle it’s going to be but otherwise your comment seems accurate.

Where can I find the rest of Calvin’s experiences playing baseball? Is there an alternate web site?

Hobbes the commentator announced that she was bowing out a while back. I think it was the amount of time it took.

It will be interesting when Calvin get’s through with it. (“You get Dad’s spray paint, Hobbes, while I distract Roz.”)

I keep hearing that we need to return to standard time or the kids will go to school in the dark. But they still go to school in the dark after the change, so I’m wondering why the schools just don’t start later.

I had a buddy who walked into a fast food place with just shorts and a baseball cap on. The counter lady pointed to the sign and told him head to have shirt and shoes, where with he pulled a shirt and a pair of shoes out of a bag he was carrying and put them on the counter. “There”. They had a brief exchange about whether he had to be wearing them until he convinced her he was right. He was served. Later on the manager of the place came by the table and said, “Buddy, please don’t try this again. You’ll have the health department shutting me down.”

Agree that it looks like Hobbes threw with his right hand, but both he and Calvin are lefties (as are most all comic characters—it’s easier to draw that way and still keep the motion running left to right).
