    This is Sarah, “Boro’s” daughter. My father passed away peacefully at my home yesterday morning. Although we are all mourning the loss of our father, we know he is in Heaven with our Heavenly Father and reunited with loved ones like his mother. He always told me to be happy for him when he passed. I told him I can’t promise to be HAPPY but I can say it is what he wanted and I am happy FOR him.

    I wanted to tell you all that your comments were more meaningful to him then you will ever know. He would count up the number of comments even like it was some score he kept ;)

    He said many times that many of the comments made here kept him encouraged and doing his cartoons. I wanted to say thank you all for that.

    I think I really messed up this cartoon by putting the date on it ….when it first started out as just a cartoon about a bird singing a high note and cracking the hour glass.I should have known better because of the special day and how people would be focused on that rather than the humorous aspect of the high note effect.

    My apologies if I in anyway offended someone.

    I am not familiar with that name being associated with a big foot. Am I missing something?
