   In the early days of the cartoon I thought Phil was Italian with black curly hair. Over time he has gotten a darker skin so now I suppose he is black? He could go ether way.

   OK, now we have another comic strip that was a comic strip but is now headed for the trash, with out being read. It should be put in with the rest of the political crap. It doesn’t deserve to be here with the rest of the comics. Political crap draws idiots as you can see. Might be best just to drop the comment section. Just read vwdualnomand’s section. Crap.
