The Mystery Tribune Colorist strikes again – why does Sharptop have red lips?

Fletcher was the best artist on DICK TRACY till Joe…and doing your research shows you’re going to be a great addition to the BETTER artists since Chet! (Which frankly is only Fletcher, Joe, Shelly and you…)

Must be his younger sister, as with the “sliding timeline”, Flattop would have been early in Tracy’s detective career – 25 or so years ago.

I’ll leave this with one closing comment – Roy Thomas spent 8 years at DC doing the same thing with the Golden Age Characters – and he blew established continuity out of the water – especially with Liberty Bell and Johnny Quick…King of the “Retcon”!

People have been begging for Traditional Tracy – and what’s more traditional than ANOTHER member of the Flattop Family!

There you go again – IT’S CANON even if you don’t like it! – This strip is published by Tribune Content Agency which owns LITTLE ORPHAN ANNIE. This strip was approved by Mike’s Editors, which makes it canon.

Just like we have to accept the fact the 10 uneven years of the ANNIE strip after Starr retired is Canon as well. Don’t forget, Mike also brought Punjab and the Asp back from the apparent dead – the appeared to be killed in a 2008 strip!

I’m not so jazzed about what Geoff Jones did with the JSA or The Original Captain Marvel – but that’s Canon over at DC.

Wanna make a bet it’s August and Annie will return over the summer to spend her Birthday with Honeymoon and Chrystal?

Got a feeling there’ll be a return of Annie over the summer for the actual 100th anniversary and this is all been a set up for that storyline.

Mike’s got to stop mixing linear time with sliding timeline. This would have been “5 years ago” as Annie was around 8 years old at the time, and she is now 13.
