   I can relate BUT apparently a high carb diet, at least in old folks, can stress the insulin making body part…. I’m only 5-10 pounds heavier than when I graduated high school BUT, carbs turn to sugar an overabundance of which, can lead to a prediabetes, which can lead to high blood pressure….
