Balsim - Did I miss something back in 1991, when Congress gave the then office temp authority to pursue ALL means necessary to catch the bleeep behind 9-11? That sounds to me like an open-ended declaration of war, and we have been on war footing ever since.

I vote for Cap’n Eddie. Just one of his long, inventive, hilarious, but never mean-spirited adventures would surely lull even The Ekert into a sense of joy and contentment - allowing for it’s reconfinement.
