   All this vomiting, it probably ain’t the flu, but gastroenteritis - sometimes called “stomach flu” but not the same as the influenza that vaccinations target. Or food poisoning - see what happens when you don’t let Grandma cook adventurous, or with eggplant!

   The President spells his name with 1 R. What they keep yelling out has 2 Rs. Refer to the dictionary:

   (and apparently in British and Australian English is also means “to shout boisterously for or against a player or team; root or jeer. “)

   wow crazyasabull, parents these days won’t let kids have a TV in their room, let alone cable. You were pampered and had it easy!

   And I don’t know what Wally is upset about, it’s not like Max ever talks anyway!

   Remember, we’re talking high school advanced English - they probably don’t care where the author is from (especially whenever this was originally drawn). They just read whatever is The Canon for that grade level.
