Now that is a potential spoiler.

No spoilers here. Unless you didn’t look at panel 2 and 3. Nothing is mentioned about the coming panels or what will happen. We can hope that it will turn out allright, but there’s no promise of that. While Lynn is rerunning the entire series, she also could decide to redo some strips.

Flashback to see how it was all done!

On a Claire Day is on its third rerun. It ran from 2004 to 2014, and just recently started its 3rd run. So it is more 2004/5 .

Spoiler alert: he’ll be back! And eventually you’ll live together and end the strip by deciding to get married. This is my third go around with you Claire! It’ll work out, and Bradley is ever faithful. And a cat is coming too!

Thank you for the informative response. It’s always wonderful to hear from creators and learn more of your process and thinking. I am a long-time fan but it is helpful to have reminders and get reoriented.

Hmmm…Iknow Bets can’t go back to social media because it’s like a compulsion or an addiction for her. But what if she left her phone at home and went to fun events with Gunther. Then maybe they could have more fun. But those who grew up with cell phones can’t imagine going anywhere without them.

I was thinking that too. A balance would be nice and sensible, but Bets has a social media compulsion that means it is all or nothing for her to live life.

The cute purple one in the first frame? Sure we can talk about it. It’s not a pink or white elephant.

Some people build a Free Little Library and put books in it for people to freely take or leave another book.
