You did not vote for Obama, so you have no rights. This message brought to you by the democratic national socialist party.

Gitmo detainees don’t get phone calls. Neither do any that are still locked away in black out prisons all over the world.

Zois you are so funny. I bet you posted the same stuff about the Cheney administration.

    Ahem, are they US citizens?

No? I thought not, so STFU.

Releasing them has only returned them to what they were doing before; anti-US terrorism or is that what you really want out of it?

Are you really that bereft of knowledge here? None of the detainees are charged, went to court and found guilty or innocent. So being such they are automatically innocent. Keeping them there is a CRIME by our govt.

If our Constitution isn’t universal then it is just a peice of paper that can be ignored at will. Get it yet?

Bad attitude. (I got in trouble once for ST…U once.) Better rewrite it. Or get educated even better.

None of them were taken off a battle field. They were taken off of some city street doing the same things you are doing. Think about that. An apology would go a long way to show me you aren’t just another arrogant TROLL.

@nightgaunt, if the Constitution isn’t just s piece of paper to be ignored then why did Bloomberg just tell us that we have to “rethink” our constitutional freedoms in order to keep ourselves safe? Plus, it isn’t as if we pay any attention to the 2nd Amendment.
