A small town in the American Southwest... everything in the desert is designed to prick you, wound you or eat you. What better metaphor for 21st century Earth? Prickly City is a comic strip about the friendship between Winslow, a coyote pup, and Carmen, a straight and narrow kind of kid. Prickly City offers a conservative perspective on political and social events within an ongoing storyline. As Carmen might say, "We may not be correct but we will always be right."
Their high jinks provide endless laughs as Winslow gets into trouble and Carmen follows. Join Carmen and Winslow for their adventures in the desert!

At least until they blow through the gov. money and go bankrupt.

No, to be perfect, you would have to outsource all the manufacturing to China.

Haliburton should buyout the company.

Sounds like they’re in the derivatives business. Don’t look too close; there’s nothing really here. Hey, bankers made billions doing that.

Cartoons that reflect a wholly inaccurate obsession become quite tiresome.

People complain about Haliburton but there is a reason you see there name conected with all the big goverment projects. They are one of two companies in the world big enough to do them. Call up all the contractors in your town (unless you live in Houston) and ask them to give you a bid on building a dam in Iraq and see what they say.

Actually Haliburton’s business is related to oil field services, refineries, chemical plants, etc. If you want a large project like a dam or power plant built, call the engineering firm Fluor.

GM will buy them first with OUR money.

Well that isn’t what Pres. Obama wants since jobs are important and good paying jobs that actually do something are the best way to handle the deficit.

You don’t have a clue about the thin film industry. I was employed by a manufacturer. The Chinese flooded the market with CHEAP panels and even the largest companies that were profitable went under. And the one in our area that is still up and running saw their stocks fall by 90%.

Why bother to make anything or put forth any effort? Just sit back and collect government checks, it’s the Obamanation way. Thomas Jefferson: “The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.”

Wrong about Haliburton. That was there start and still an important part but they build everything.
