   I’ve been in that situation and it was just terrible. Dry heaves just added to the misery.

   Drink lots of water. That way you’ll at least have something to bring up and it won’t hurt as much.

   Throwing up is the best way to get a “bug” out of your system. I know I always felt better after a good barf.

    Actually… on a Gyros sandwich you HAVE Feta Cheese and a sauce that’s not too far off from mayonnaise.
