    60 qts pots are 15 gallons. If he intends to put 13 gallons of cooking oil in that pot he better take out a loan.

    I used to fry a turkey every Thanksgiving day. I actually liked it better than an oven roasted. But then, because of global warming, it got a lot colder in November so I quit.

    Global warming isn’t just making things hotter. Local weather is dynamic and is affected by how the climate is altered by the extra heat.

    BTW; There are plenty of videos on YouTube about stupid things people do while frying turkeys. Archimedes’ rule of fluid displacement was the LAST thing considered in most situations.

    60 qt stock pan? Obsolete for more years than I can remember. They were all replaced by 20 gallon steam jacketed kettles.
