    Isn’t the Kevin character/story fairly recent on Prickly City? Doesn’t this constitute a new submission for PreTeena… no matter how derivative/plagiaristive? (yes I know that isn’t an actual word)

    In my daily GoComics email the strip is visible and it turns out to be a 2005 “Prickly City” signed by Scott Stantis. Homer is right: on holidays they send in the second team. You see it on live TV shows too.
