   There is canned dog food. When I was growing up we had dogs & they got canned food. And there is crunchy food for cats. Mine are luckily grazers, so the dry food is always out & they get the canned food in the morning.

   I’ve had dozens of cats in my life and never encountered a picky eater among them
   

   
   They might seem to like some brands better than others, but I’ve never seen cat food go to waste

   When I had a cat, there were times I’d fill the bowl … and he’d look at it … look at me … look at the food … obviously thinking, ’seriously, you expect me to eat that! Of course … if I left it … he would.

    I thought that ALL cats were zombies….always condemmned to confound humans and to defaecate on our shed roofs.
