Come on Poncho, just be like my dog. Five minutes after he does something wrong, he forgets all about it – and then the tails up and wagging again. No worries.

Is this why dogs chase their own tailes?

@LingeeWhiz
They chase their tails because they know there’s a conspiracy. Their tails are working with cats to bring down all dogs. lol

It’s hard to chose the saddest chapter in the Herriot books, but the one that most effected me was the story of Paul, who took his life when his canine companion passed away.
Unknown to anyone in Darrowby (particularly as it was an unknown condition at the time), he secretly suffered from depression. He’d always appeared cheerful sitting on his regular stool at the bar, sipping from his pint – his little terrier beneath him.
Actor William Courtney (The Brigadier in ‘Doctor Who’) played ‘Paul’ in the penultimate episode of season 3.

My dog has no tail.
So how do you know when he’s happy?
When he stops biting me.

Ponch has missed his calling in life by not going into politics or preaching from a pulpit.
