   This happened to me years ago when I cheered for England during the European Cup.
   
   I was in a Glasgow bar!

   I finished my pint and got out quick, narrowly missing a couple of punches. I then entered the pub again from a different side and ordered another pint!

   The guy that pointed me out and caused the trouble was so tanked that he looked right over at me and never suspected!
   
   The England scorer I cheered was a Rangers player and the Glasgow bar was Celtic! I should have known better but I just got carried away.

    Years ago in Keane, VT we entered a cafe…saw that the NY JETS were winning…as we exited I asked who the opponents were…PATRIOTS…I said out loud…‘OH GOOD’…not realizing we were in their territory. Took yrs for us to go to that cafe again.

    From experience, my husband & I have learned to make sure the natives are friendly with in the pubs… and I’m talking sports fans.
