    My guess is Boomer, too, and not just because of his booming voice. Boomer’s relationship with Poncho goes back to the first days of the strip, and he DOES seem to act as an authority figure in a lot of cases. He’s also the one dog who seems to have as much interest in garbage as Poncho.
